Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Halifax provide safe, supportive spaces where children and youth can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships, and develop confidence and skills for life. They have six sites across HRM, and all were using different evaluation approaches and methods to measure success.

End Result
Instead of six different evaluation frameworks, the six clubs now work from the same model for success. Evaluation is streamlined and more easily accessible for parents, community members, volunteers, staff, and donors.
