When the IWK Health Centre in Halifax, NS was planning a new state-of-the-art neonatal intensive care unit (NICU), they knew they needed to bring staff, leadership, volunteers, and the community together to develop a vision. They needed strategic facilitation and engaging visuals to move the project from ideation to completion.
Solution
See Meaning worked with the NICU leadership team to facilitate and graphically record key meetings in the development and implementation process. This work aimed to ensure that diverse voices and opinions were captured and set the groundwork for collaborative decision-making.
